Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all agreements for design, advisory, project planning, delivery and installation of PÅNY solutions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. The agreement is binding when the customer has accepted the quote or project agreement in writing.

Prices are in DKK excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are net 8 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payment is subject to interest under the Danish Interest Act.

Delivery time is agreed individually and is approximate. Delays caused by weather, suppliers or factors beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation. The customer ensures access to the property.

Consumers have a 24-month right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Bespoke solutions and goods made to customer specification are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(3).

We are liable under the general rules of Danish law, except for indirect losses such as loss of operation, profits or time. Liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the agreement.

Drawings, visualisations, photos and concepts remain the property of PÅNY. We follow good marketing practice and the Danish Marketing Act.

The agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled at the Court of Roskilde, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
