We collect information you provide via contact form, property review form, email and phone: name, email, phone number, address and the content of your enquiry.

When you visit pany.dk we collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, language and referrer. This is done via cookies — see our cookie policy.

• Handling enquiries, quotes and projects — legal basis: contract or pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Accounting and legal compliance — legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c), Danish Bookkeeping Act).
• Analytics and site improvement — legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and document them, typically up to 3 years. Accounting records are kept for 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
