Property story

This project was designed to combine practical storage with outdoor usability. Rather than creating a traditional utility shed, the objective was to integrate storage, shelter and architecture into one coherent Scandinavian composition. Natural timber cladding, clean detailing and carefully balanced proportions create a building that feels like a natural extension of the property. The covered terrace adds flexibility and everyday functionality while maintaining a calm architectural expression.

A completed project in Holbæk combining a 4.5 × 4.5 metre storage pavilion with a covered 2.5 × 4.5 metre outdoor terrace. The project creates practical storage space while extending everyday outdoor living through a sheltered architectural zone.
